Fitness 2.0

Fitness:     When most people think fitness they think about getting "swole or jacked." This is true in many cases, but its more of a goal to set for me. I have been going to CrossFit for about a month now. I go to personal training with Nick Love. We focus on the entire body every time. If we do upper body with pull-ups or something we due weighted squats to balance it out. When I first got there I was able to do 4 pull-ups on my own, which is pretty good, but not where I want to be. My end goal is to be able to do 8+ pull-ups, lose 10 pounds at least, and help build up my shoulder from my injury by the end of genius hour. I plan to stay motivated with my trainer by my side and reaching an average goal. Not too high, not too low. I will always leave room for improvement in my skills and goals.
